Employees can choose from three types of Career Pathways; Non-Linear for employees not climbing ladders who want suggestions for a non-linear pathway towards a new dream role, the Family pathway for employees that want to stay in the same job family or, the Pivot pathway for employees who want to pivot to something completely different. 

Skills Assessment

Our portal enables employees to complete an interactive self-assessment that identifies skill gaps for new career pathways and dream roles and makes suggestions for skill development development. Managers can also complete the assessment to provide additional perpsectives on skill gaps and priority skills for development. 

ReSkill Hub

Our ReSkills Hub generates a personalized learning management system linked to skills prioritized for development including top courses (both free and paid) and certifications to obtain with a special focus on new AI skills and accreditations along with Talks to watch, articles to read, masterclasses to attend by leading Industry or domain experts.
