Definitions:

• PION, NERO, PIONERO, Career Playground are applied for registered trademark of Pipe9 Consulting LLC.

• PION, NERO, PIONERO is a Web based SaaS AI powered portal available from reaching4.ai. and dowzl.ai.

• PIONERO is purchased as a service based on a per POD/per month subscription basis.

 

Editions:

1. Subscriptions give Firms exclusive access to PION, NERO, PIONERO. There are two “Subscription Offers”.

2. Please refer to https://www.reaching4.ai/pricing-plans for more information on the features of each offering.

 

Pricing:

1. PIONERO free edition is provided for a fee of $0 per single POD/per month.

2. PIONERO POD edition is provided for a fee of $199 per POD/per month.

3. PIONERO Enterprise is provided on a "custom" pricing basis. A custom price is generated including POD/month pricing calculated based on the number of Work Charts/PODs and including advisory services. 

 

Platform:

1. PION, NERO, PIONERO is a platform managed by reaching4.ai based on Work Charts and Skill Sprints generated uniquely for individual firms without advisory services.

2. PIONERO Enterprise is a customized version setup for individual Firms with advisory services included.

 

Transferring Licenses:

1. PIONERO licenses are non-transferable outside of Work Chart POD's.

 

Managers:

1. Managers can use PIONERO for their teams and for their own development.

2. Managers can make career, skill priority and Skill Sprint suggestions to team members.

 

Renewals:

1. Subscriptions are auto renewed at the end of each month or, at the end of a 12-month subscription period.

2. Subscriptions remain active for a period of 30 days after the end of a subscription period and will be deactivated after this period if the license is not paid for.

 

Data Access:

1. Individual user data will be returned based on a request sent to the reaching4 Customer Success team at newheights@reaching4.ai.

2. Data will be deleted 90 days after the end of a non-payment subscription period.

Please read the reaching4.ai Privacy Notice available from reaching4.ai (the “Privacy Notice”) carefully for information relating to our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information. Your use of PION, NERO, PIONERO is subject to all additional terms, policies, rules, or guidelines applicable to the service or certain features of the service that we may post on or link to from the service (the “Additional Terms”). All additional terms are incorporated by this reference into, and made a part of, these terms.
