Career Playground Subscription Terms:

Career Playground Definitions:

Career Playground is an applied for registered trademark of Pipe9 Consulting LLC.
Career Playground is a Web based SaaS AI powered portal available from reaching4.ai. and dowzl.ai.
Career Playground is purchased based on a per user/per month subscription basis.

Editions:

Subscriptions give subscribers exclusive access to Career Playground. There are three Career Playground “editions”. Free, Teams and Firm editions. Please refer to https://www.reaching4.ai/pricing-plans for more information on the features of each edition.
Career Playground "editions" are also refered to as Free = Dream, Teams = Dream team and Enterprise = Dream Supreme.

Pricing:

Career Playground free edition is provided for a fee of $0 per user/per month.
Career Playground teams is provided for a fee of $2.99 per user/per month.
Career Playground Firm is provided on a "custom" pricing basis. A custom price is generated including user/per month pricing calculated based on the number of users and including required advisory services.

Career Playgrounds:

Career Playground free and Career Playground team users access a default Career Playground set-up and managed by reaching4.ai based on the top 100 roles in the marketplace (with a futures, tech and AI company bias).
Career Playground Enterprise users access a customized version of Career Playground setup for individual companies based on a library of roles, projects, and gigs added by an administrator of the company.

Transferring Licences:

Career Playground free and Career Playground team licences are non-transferable. Career Playground Enterprise licences are transferable to users within the same company.

Teams:

Managers use Career Playground for their teams and for their own individual career and skill development by subscribing to Career Playground teams.
Managers can make career, skill, resources and experiences suggestions to team members.

Renewals:

Subscriptions are auto renewed at the end of each month or, at the end of a 12-month subscription period.
Subscriptions remain active for a period of 30 days after the end of a subscription period and will be deactivated after this period if the licence is not paid for.

Data Access:

Individual user data will be returned based on a request sent to the reaching4 Customer Success team at newheights@reaching4.ai.
Data will be deleted 90 days after the end of a non-payment subscription period.

Privacy Notice:

Please read the reaching4.ai Privacy Notice available from reaching4.ai (the “Privacy Notice”) carefully for information relating to our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information. The reaching4.ai Privacy Notice is incorporated by this reference into, and made a part of, these terms.

Additional terms:

Your use of Career Playground is subject to all additional terms, policies, rules, or guidelines applicable to the service or certain features of the service that we may post on or link to from the service (the “Additional Terms”). All additional terms are incorporated by this reference into, and made a part of, these terms.

Consent to Electronic Communications:

By using the reaching4.ai career playground, you consent to receiving certain electronic communications from us as further described in our Privacy Notice. Please read our Privacy Notice to learn more about our electronic communications practices. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that those communications be in writing.

We may send you emails concerning our products and services, as well as those of third parties. You may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in the promotional email itself.
